In terms of finance, that\u2019s a great playbook. In terms of my own business strengths and management skills, it\u2019s not a good tactic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead, David followed the advice of one of his mentors, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/u3coffee.com\/interviews\/ildi-revi\/\">Ildi Revi<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a former head of education for the SCA and current Director of Learning at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allycoffee.com\/\">Ally Coffee<\/a><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and Chief Coffee Officer at <a href=\"https:\/\/puritycoffee.com\/\">Purity Coffee<\/a>, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who\u2019d encouraged him to get involved in teaching.
